Lisa N. Bowman is Periodicals Supervisor at the Albertsons Library, Boise State University

Peggy S. Cooper is a Collection Development librarian at the Albertsons Library, Boise State University.

Judy Ferro is a librarian in the Parma School District #137.  She was previously a secondary teacher in English, social studies and mathematics.

Tim Hillebrand is a retired archaeologist living in Moscow who enjoys writing, particularly about electronic publishing, and has been active with friends of the library and served on various library boards at the state and local level. Currently he is the chair of the Trustees and Friends Division of the Idaho Library association and a member of the Idaho State Library Advisory Board.

Robert Hook is a librarian at the University of Idaho.

Norma Jean Sprouffske is Library Coordinator, K-7 and Information Science Curriculum Coordinator
for the Caldwell School District, Caldwell, ID.  She is also ILA's Educational Media Division Chair.
