Where are the 2009 membership cards?

Many thanks to all the new and renewing members of ILA!  I've gotten emails from several of you asking when you'll see your 2009 membership cards.  I know this is important, since without the card you can't log in to see the online member directory.  I'd like to ask for your patience for just a bit longer.  I was laid up for quite a while this winter with a broken ankle.  It's healing nicely, and I expect to get the cards out next week.

Reports from the 2009 ALA Midwinter meetings

I've just returned from attending the 2009 ALA Midwinter meeting in Denver, CO.  It was an eventful week filled with meetings, networking, and a lot of conversations about the needs of small libraries and electronic access to professional participation.

It's that time again... Membership!

Membership registrations are now open for 2009!
